Back in the day, Stanley Park had an outdoor zoo… They had Polar Bears, Wolves, Monkeys, a whole reptile building…
It was kind of weird… not very PC and all that…
Anyway… the zoo, structure wise, was awesome! A total 1950′s architectural playground looking like something out of the Jetsons…

I remember the Penguins! I also remember the monkey part, it was a small walk through thing beside the reptile cages. I think I have seen Kangaroos there before but they are long gone.
